Overview

Aimanix (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates aimanix.com and publishes WooCommerce plugins including WP Sales Copilot. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Purchase data: When you buy a license, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) collects your name, email, and billing details. We receive order confirmations and license keys — not your full payment card data.
• Support contact: If you email hello@aimanix.com, we store your message and email address to reply.
• Website analytics: We may collect page views, referrers, CTA clicks, pricing views, checkout intent, and session behavior to understand how people discover and use this site. We use this to improve the website and conversion flow.

What we do NOT collect

WP Sales Copilot is a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) plugin. Your store data, customer conversations, and AI API calls go directly between your WordPress server and your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Groq, etc.). Aimanix servers are not in that data path and never receive your store data or customer conversations.

How we use your data

• To deliver and activate license keys you purchased
• To respond to support requests
• To send transactional emails (receipts, license delivery) — not marketing unless you opt in
• To understand site traffic, product interest, and conversion paths

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate our business (payment processors, transactional email, website analytics). All processors are contractually bound to handle data in compliance with applicable privacy law.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@aimanix.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site may set functional and analytics cookies or similar identifiers for session state, traffic analysis, conversion measurement, and behavior insights. When enabled, we may use services such as PostHog and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. We do not use these tools to sell personal data. Account and billing pages are excluded from direct analytics script loading where practical.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
